By registering as a driver with Exotic Holidays International, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Driver Registration

To register as a driver, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Submit valid and current documents
• Maintain the security of your account
• Comply with legal and regulatory requirements

Vehicle Requirements

Your vehicle must meet the following requirements:

• Valid vehicle registration
• Current insurance coverage
• Roadworthy condition
• Proper licensing for passenger transport

Driver Obligations

As a registered driver, you agree to:

• Maintain professional conduct at all times
• Prioritize passenger safety
• Treat all passengers with respect and courtesy
• Follow company instructions and policies
• Report any incidents or issues promptly

Company Rights

Exotic Holidays International reserves the right to:

• Verify all provided information
• Conduct background checks
• Terminate the agreement for violations
• Modify these terms with notice

Liability Limitation

Exotic Holidays International's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. Drivers are responsible for their own actions and vehicle maintenance.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with appropriate notice. The company may terminate immediately for violations of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka.
